1. Scope of Application

This Policy applies to all products and services provided to you by the Grosplus platform service provider through websites, clients, mini-programs, and new forms emerging with technological development. If we have a separate privacy policy for the products or services provided to you (such as: "Grosplus Privacy Policy"), the corresponding products or services shall be subject to the corresponding privacy policy.

 

Except for the information collection and use activities described in this Policy, this Policy does not apply to other services provided to you by third parties, and other services shall be subject to the personal information collection and use rules separately explained to you by them.

2. Collection and Use of Information

When you use our products/services, the personal information of yours that we need/may need to collect and use includes the following two types:

(1) Helping You Become Our Member and Account Management

1. Basic Member Services

We provide services to you based on the Grosplus platform account. To create a Grosplus platform account, you need to provide us with at least your email address, the intended member name, and password. If you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to register a Grosplus platform account and can only use browsing and search services.

 

To ensure that we are providing services to you personally, we may verify your identity based on the above information you provide. In scenarios where your necessary identity must be determined in accordance with the law (including legally protecting the rights and interests of minors, cracking down on telecom and cyber fraud, withholding taxes for you, identifying relevant subjects in administrative law enforcement or judicial proceedings), you authorize us to obtain the necessary authentication information of your corresponding Grosplus account from Grosplus Company for the above purposes.

 

We will determine your current level according to the usage of your Grosplus platform account and the account level calculation rules set by the platform, and provide you with the basic rights corresponding to the account level.

2. Additional Member Services

Special member rights: If you provide the following additional information to complete your profile, it will help us provide you with more personalized products or services: your real name, fixed telephone number, contact information, position, main industry, nickname, and avatar, and we can also provide you with special member services. Among them, the nickname and avatar you set will be displayed publicly.

 

Authorized login: With your separate consent, we may provide your account information (avatar, nickname, and other information prompted on the page) to third parties. When you register with a third-party account or log in directly from a third party, we will read your software list to enable you to register or log in conveniently. With your separate consent, we may obtain your third-party account information (avatar, nickname, and other information prompted on the page) from the third party and bind it with your Grosplus platform account, so that you can log in and use our products and/or services directly from the third party. We will use your relevant information within the scope of authorization with your separate consent.

 

If you already have a Grosplus platform account, we may display your above personal information in the Grosplus platform services, as well as the operations you perform on the Grosplus platform or in products and services associated with the Grosplus platform account (you can use the products or services provided by us and/or affiliated companies through the link entrance or other product/service entrances provided on our website or client via your Grosplus platform account), including centrally displaying your personal data, preferential rights, and transaction orders through your Grosplus platform account. We will respect the choices you make for the Grosplus platform services and Grosplus platform account settings.

(2) Helping You Use Browsing, Search, and Personalized Recommendation Functions

1. Browsing

When you browse the Grosplus platform, you can choose to collect/add/follow/share/like the products, stores, channels, live broadcast rooms, content (pictures and texts, short videos), and content creators that you are interested in. We will collect your operation records to realize the aforementioned functions and other purposes we clearly inform you of.

 

You can view and manage your operation record information through "My" - "Favorites"/"Footprint"/"Following", etc.

2. Search

When you use the search function (including taking photos), we will collect your search records, including search content (search terms, pictures), browsing records/time, search time/times, and apply for camera and album permissions according to the needs of the functions you use.

 

To provide efficient search services, some of the aforementioned information will be temporarily stored on your local device and display the search history to you.

 

Please understand that the separate search term information cannot identify your personal identity and does not belong to your personal information. Therefore, we have the right to use it for other reasonable purposes.

(3) Helping You Complete Transactions

1. Shopping Cart

When you use the shopping cart function, we will collect your added-to-cart information and order information to optimize your shopping experience (such as providing price reduction/preferential reminders and displaying frequently purchased products).

2. Order Placement and Order Management

When you order specific products and/or services in our products and/or services, we will generate an order for purchasing the products and/or services for you through the system. During the order placement process, you need to provide at least the recipient's name, delivery address, and recipient's contact number. For some special types of products and services, you also need to provide other necessary information for the products or services. You can order products and/or services for others through the Grosplus platform. You need to provide the aforementioned personal information of the actual recipient and ensure that you have obtained the consent of the actual recipient.

 

To facilitate your understanding, query of order information, and management of order information, we will collect the order information generated during your use of our services to display to you and facilitate your management of orders.
You can view and manage your order information through "My Orders".

3. Payment and Delivery of Products or Services

When you purchase products or services, to help you complete or complete the order payment on behalf of others and successfully receive the purchased products or services, we or the third party providing the service will collect your order information and delivery information. (4) Customer Service and Dispute Handling

When you contact us or submit an application for in-sales, after-sales, or dispute resolution, to ensure the security of your account and the system, we need you to provide necessary personal information to verify your member identity.

 

To facilitate contact with you, help you solve problems as soon as possible, or record the handling plans and results of related problems, we may save your communication, correspondence/call records and related contents with us (including account information, order information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or contact information you leave). If you consult, complain, or provide suggestions for a specific order, we will use your account information and order information.

 

For the reasonable needs of providing services and improving service quality, we may also use other information of yours, including the relevant information you provide when contacting customer service, and the questionnaire response information you send to us when participating in the questionnaire survey.

 

We will use deep learning technology to provide you with intelligent question-and-answer dialogue and intelligent voice customer service. We will de-identify your communication, correspondence/call records and related contents with us, and use them for the training of intelligent customer service algorithm models when your identity cannot be identified. During your acceptance of intelligent customer service, we will give you significant prompts. We will continuously improve the service quality of intelligent customer service based on your usage records of intelligent customer service.

(5) Providing You with Information Publishing Functions

1. Reviews and Comments

When you evaluate the traded products and/or services, we will collect and display your evaluation content (including the text, pictures, videos, etc. you publish) in the store's "Product Reviews" list, product cards, and/or Grosplus homepage public pages.

 

When you publish evaluations, contents, or comments, your nickname, avatar, and comment content will be displayed publicly. If you choose anonymous evaluation, your nickname and avatar will not be displayed to other users.

 

You can send an email to Grosplus to ask questions. When you choose to ask a question, your content will be displayed publicly.

2. Content Publishing

When you create/edit and publish content, we will collect your avatar, nickname, published text, pictures, videos, related links, location, and related comments and interaction information. The above information may be selected and displayed on public pages such as the Grosplus homepage and member accounts. At the same time, we will request your authorization for camera, album, microphone, and/or location permissions according to the type of function you use. If you disagree or cancel the authorization, you will not be able to use the corresponding function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions.

 

We provide you with shooting beautification functions such as filters to help you obtain better picture/video visual effects. When you use this function, we need to intelligently identify your pictures through technology to match corresponding special effects for you. This function is implemented on your local device. We will not use the aforementioned information for face recognition or other purposes, nor will we transmit it back, store it on the server, or share it with third parties.

 

Please note that the information you publish publicly may involve your own or others' personal information, even sensitive personal information, such as when you choose to upload pictures containing personal information in your evaluation. Please be more cautious when considering whether to share or even publicly share relevant information when using our services. If the information you publish publicly involves others' personal information, you must obtain their consent before publishing.

3. Personal Homepage

The personal homepage displays your avatar, nickname, etc. You can view and manage your personal data and published information/content.

 

Please note that your use of the information publishing function may involve your own or others' personal information, even sensitive personal information. Please be more cautious when considering whether to share or even publicly share relevant information when using our services. If the information you publish publicly involves others' personal information, you must obtain their consent before publishing.

(6) Interactive Communication

1. Message Notifications

In our operation, we may send you one or more types of notifications through the contact information you provide during the use of products and/or services (such as contact phone number, contact email), such as service notifications, identity verification, security verification, and user experience surveys. We may also display or pop up commercial information about services, functions, or activities that may be of interest to you, as well as other product or service information via SMS or phone calls. If you do not want to receive our commercial information and other product or service information, you can unsubscribe or turn it off through the unsubscribe method provided in SMS or email, or directly contact our customer service. If you want to turn off pop-up notification information, you can also do so through the "Skip" button or related buttons on the pop-up page.

 

To ensure that you can receive push content normally and avoid missing messages, we use the App's self-startup and associated startup functions for other Apps. We will push platform notifications (such as transaction logistics, activity discounts, interactive messages, service notifications, etc.) to you through the client's "Messages". You can choose to enable/disable Grosplus's notification permissions on your device.

 

In addition, when you take the initiative to initiate customer service consultation, or have transactions or interactions with stores (such as subscribing, joining store membership), you will receive customer service messages from the store in "Messages". You can enter the chat page of the corresponding store to set do-not-disturb.

2. Friend and Family Interaction

You can independently add friends by scanning QR codes or using passwords.

3. Activity Participation

When you participate in marketing activities held by us, we may need to collect and use your relevant personal information (including but not limited to your nickname, avatar, contact information, receiving information, order information, browsing records, account level) to help you realize activity registration, lucky draws, prize redemption, etc. We will separately inform you of the specific collection and use scope in relevant scenarios and obtain your consent.

 

If the relevant activities are held by us, after obtaining your consent, we will share necessary information, or bind your Grosplus account, and/or synchronize your activity participation account, participation progress, and other information among multiple activity-participating platforms to ensure that you receive consistent and complete services in the activities.

 

In addition, we may use your relevant information obtained through activities for research and improvement of products and/or services, comprehensive statistics, data analysis or processing, or other purposes with your consent.

4. Sharing Interaction

When you share or receive shared information, participate in activities, etc., we will read the content of your clipboard to determine whether there are relevant passwords, sharing codes, or links to realize functions or services such as jumping, sharing, and activity linkage. However, we will only upload it to our server when we locally identify that the clipboard content belongs to Grosplus platform jump, sharing, activity linkage, or other instructions. We will not collect or store other information in your clipboard, and the separate clipboard information cannot identify your personal identity. At the same time, we may need to read your mobile phone album to facilitate you to share or receive shared pictures or videos.

(7) Providing You with Security Assurance

We are committed to providing you with a safe and reliable e-commerce transaction environment. To fulfill the legal obligation of ensuring the security of e-commerce transactions, prevent and control telecom and cyber fraud, maintain the normal and stable operation of the network, prevent network illegal and criminal activities, effectively respond to network security incidents, protect the personal and property safety of you, other users, or the public from infringement, and more accurately identify situations that violate laws and regulations or relevant agreements and rules of the Grosplus platform, we embed application security SDK developed by our affiliated companies in the application to collect your device information and service log information, and may use or integrate your member information, transaction information, device information, service log information, as well as information shared by our affiliated companies and partners with your authorization or in accordance with the law (among them, we may collect WLAN MAC address, MAC address, IMEI, and other device identifiers during the background operation of the application for risk verification) to comprehensively judge your account and transaction risks, perform identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.

(8) Other Additional Services Provided to You

Additional Services Based on System Permissions
Some of the basic functions we provide to you may collect and use your personal information by enabling system permissions. For example, to ensure the implementation of relevant product or service functions, we will request location permissions and collect your location information when you wish to quickly fill in the shipping/receiving address, add a location to the published information, or use the map-based merchant search function. If you do not agree to enable relevant permissions, it will not affect your use of the basic services of the Grosplus platform. You can check and manage the status of the above permissions one by one in our client and decide to enable or disable these permissions at any time. After disabling, we will no longer collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permissions. Your decision to disable permissions will not affect the collection and use of information previously conducted based on your authorization.

Services Related to Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies and similar device information identification technologies are commonly used in the Internet. When you use our services, we may use relevant technologies to send one or more Cookies or anonymous identifiers (hereinafter referred to as "Cookies") to your device to collect, identify, and store information about your access and use of this product. We promise not to use Cookies for any purposes other than those stated in this privacy policy. We mainly use Cookies to ensure the safe and efficient operation of products and services, which allows us to confirm the security status of your account and transactions, troubleshoot abnormalities such as crashes and delays, and help you skip the steps of repeatedly filling in forms and entering search content.

On the premise that the data has been strictly de-identified through secure encryption technology and cannot be re-identified to a specific individual, we will use the collected data for machine learning, algorithm model training, or other data analysis and mining processes to better ensure our product experience and assist in business decision-making analysis.

  1. For Realizing Business Functions
    Payment Services
    To confirm the completion of order payment, you need to submit a payment screenshot or any payment voucher after payment. The Grosplus platform will confirm your order in the background and proceed with the next steps. If you choose other financial institutions to provide you with payment services, your bank card number, validity period, and other necessary information for bank card payment will be used by the corresponding financial institution you choose.

 

To enable us to promptly learn and confirm your payment progress and status and provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we can collect information related to the payment progress from the transaction counterparty you choose, Grosplus Company, or other financial institutions you choose.

 

  1. Logistics Services
    To ensure that the products and/or services you purchase can be delivered and provided smoothly, safely, and accurately, we will disclose order-related delivery information to cooperative parties that provide logistics information systems and technical services for the Grosplus platform, and they will synchronize the relevant delivery information to the corresponding logistics and distribution entities according to the choice of the product and/or service provider. You understand and agree that the corresponding logistics and distribution entities will inevitably learn and use your delivery information for the purpose of completing the delivery.

 

For the purpose of providing you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, we need to promptly learn and confirm the delivery progress and status, and you agree that we can collect information related to the delivery progress from logistics-related service entities.

 

Advertising and Analysis Services
On the premise of adopting industry-common security technologies, we will entrust cooperative parties to process information related to advertising placement, coverage, and effectiveness. We will not entrust cooperative parties to process your personal identity information.

Security and Statistical Analysis
A. Ensuring Usage Security: We attach great importance to the security of products and/or services. To protect the legitimate rights and interests of Grosplus platform users from infringement, our cooperative parties may use necessary device, account, and log information.
B. Analyzing Product Conditions: To analyze the stability of Grosplus platform products and/or services, cooperative parties providing analysis services may need to use information such as service conditions, device identification information, and overall installation and usage status of the application.
C. Academic Research: To improve research capabilities in related fields and promote the level of technological development, we may use de-identified or anonymized data with cooperative parties (such as research institutes, universities, etc.) on the premise of ensuring data security and legitimate purposes.

 

(II) Transfer
If we need to transfer personal information due to merger, division, dissolution, or being declared bankrupt, we will inform you of the name or title and contact information of the recipient. The recipient will continue to fulfill this policy and other legal obligations. If the recipient changes the original purpose or method of processing, it will re-obtain your consent.

 

(III) Public Disclosure
We will only publicly disclose your personal information under the following circumstances:

 

  1. We may publicly disclose your personal information based on your active choice and other separate consent;
  2. (IV) Suspension of Operations
If we stop operating products and/or services, we will promptly stop continuing to collect your personal information. We will send a notice of suspension of operations to you one by one or in the form of an announcement, and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold related to the closed products and/or services.

 

(V) Circumstances Where Obtaining Your Authorization and Consent is Exempted by Law
Please understand that under the following circumstances, according to laws, regulations, and national standards, we do not need to obtain your authorization and consent to transfer or publicly disclose your personal information:

Necessary for concluding or performing a contract at your request: When you purchase products or services through the Grosplus platform, we will, according to your choice, share the necessary transaction-related information in your order information with the providers of relevant products or services or the operators of relevant service markets on the Grosplus platform to realize your transaction, delivery, and after-sales service needs.
  2. Necessary for performing statutory duties or obligations: We may share your personal information in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, for litigation, dispute resolution, at the request of administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with the law, and for the performance of other legal obligations.
  3. Necessary for responding to public health emergencies or protecting the life, health, and property safety of natural persons in emergency situations.
  4. Processing personal information within a reasonable scope for the public interest in conducting news reporting, public opinion supervision, etc.
  5. Processing your personally disclosed information within a reasonable scope, or other legally disclosed personal information (such as personal information legally disclosed through legal news reports, government information disclosure, etc.).

    You can check and manage your information in the following ways, and we will respond to your requests in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations:

You can delete part of your information through the channels listed in "(I) Checking, Correcting, and Supplementing Your Information", or apply to cancel your account to delete all your information.

 

You can contact our customer service to request the deletion of personal information under the following circumstances:

 

  1. If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;
  2. If we collect and use your personal information without obtaining your explicit consent;
  3. If our processing of personal information seriously violates the agreement with you;
  4. If the purpose of our processing has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary for achieving the processing purpose;
  5. If we stop providing products or services, or the storage period has expired.

 

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also try to notify the entities that have obtained your personal information from us and request them to delete it in a timely manner (unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, or these entities have independently obtained your authorization).

 

After you or we assist you in deleting relevant information, due to applicable legal and security technical restrictions, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system. We will securely store your personal information and restrict any further processing of it until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.

 

(IV) Changing the Scope of Authorization
You can change or withdraw the scope of authorization for us to collect and process your personal information in the following ways:

 

Manage the system permission authorization used by the App in "My - Settings - Privacy - System Permissions".

 

For authorizations that you cannot set directly through the above methods, you can modify them by contacting customer service. However, please note that for some types of personal information, such as information necessary for realizing the basic functions of the Grosplus platform or information necessary for us to fulfill obligations stipulated by laws and regulations, we may not be able to respond to your request to change the scope of authorization. After you withdraw your authorization, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw authorization will not affect the processing of personal information we have previously conducted based on your authorization.

 

(V) Canceling Account
You can apply to cancel your account in the following ways:

 

  1. Submit an account cancellation application on the Grosplus website;
  2. Contact customer service to apply for canceling your account.

 

After you take the initiative to cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products or services and delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws. If it is technically difficult to delete personal information, we will anonymize it or stop processing it except for storage and taking necessary security protection measures, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

 

(VI) Restricting Automatic Decision-Making by Information Systems
In some business functions, we may make decisions only based on non-manual automatic decision-making mechanisms including algorithms. If these decisions affect your legitimate rights and interests, you can contact us through customer service.

 

(VII) Responding to Your Above Requests
For the above requests made by you or your possible guardian, close relative, and other authorized entities, as well as your relevant personal information rights stipulated by the laws of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws, you can contact us through customer service or directly file a complaint with our personal information protection officer. We will respond within 15 days.

 

To ensure the security of your account and your personal information, when you make the above requests to us, we may first verify your identity (such as adding account verification, requiring you to provide a written request, or other reasonable methods) before processing your request.

 

We will not charge fees for your reasonable requests in principle, but we will appropriately charge fees for repeated requests that exceed a reasonable limit. We may refuse requests for information not directly related to your identity, repeated applications without reasonable reasons, or requests that require excessive technical means (such as needing to develop a new system or fundamentally change existing practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are impractical.

(I) Storage Period
We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy, unless there are mandatory retention requirements by law. For example, the "E-Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China" requires that information on goods and services and transaction information be retained for not less than three years from the date of completion of the transaction.
